1. What is a production booking?

Whether you’re on the hunt for the perfect film set, a backdrop for a brand shoot, or a creative space for a team offsite meeting, our spaces give you the opportunity to create freely and build your brand. 

 

Bookings can be hourly (2-3 hour minimum; depending on location) or over multiple days—it’s all up to you! All bookings can be customized accordingly and additional add-on rentals are available upon request. 

2. What is included in a production booking?

The price includes the hourly cost for the space rental only. Day rental pricing may vary.

3. Where can I book?

For multiple day booking requests, we ask that clients book through us directly. Pricing will be based on total number of guests, days, equipment storage needs and any other special requests.

4. Do you accommodate any special requests?

Yes! We are happy to offer customized decorating, equipment and other requests, if available. Please contact us for more information.

5. Do you provide equipment for rent (e.g., lighting, backdrop, cameras, etc.)?

Currently, we offer Cannon SLR, tripod and prop rentals, upon request. All of our properties come equipped with natural and bright lighting along with white wall backdrops.

6. Are your spaces ADA friendly and wheel chair accessible?

Yes, all of our properties are ADA friendly. Special or additional accommodations can be made upon request free of charge.  

7. Is there parking available?

Yes, all of our properties have either free driveway, garage or metered street parking available. We recommend contacting us prior to your booking for any additional questions.
